      The team players are great people.

      Upper management is only worried about the bottom line, their HR is a disaster, the job is underpaid, the sales team is a constantly revolving door, etc.

      The tour directors we have had have made our trips exceptional. Trips were lower in cost but the experiences were not compromised.

      Some meals could have been better quality.
