      Heard employees being verbally abused. People worked long hours with no clear direction. Worst job I've ever had.

      Challenging and interesting work. GREAT team, really great people who are driven and very talented. These people make the place worth working at even during these hard times.

      Cons

      Hard times in Pharma industry makes it hard to for the company to grow. There is no end in sight for this, until the genome drugs come out it will remain difficult
