Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to see that you are no longer at Explorance. I would like to clarify that Explorance has never laid off, and will never layoff anyone. That does not mean that some Explorers do not choose to move on, and others do not get terminated. We are a business about people, and we care deeply about every Explorer (current and former). There are times where some Explorers irreversibly lose heart, or reach a ceiling in their career and growth, and the best thing for them and Explorance is to go on separate ways. I hope that as the dust settles you may feel a little bit better about all this, and maybe rethink of Explorance in a better light. I stand behind every Explorer that tries hard, that continues on moving on and moving forward, whether they have moved to leadership roles, moved to lateral roles, stayed in their role, or simply moved elsewhere. Each and every one touched our story and helped make us the company that we are today. Thank you for your time at Explorance. I hope that you are much more engaged and appreciated in your new endeavors, and I regret that we may not have succeeded to bring out the best of you here.
