Pros
I was fortunate enough to work on a lot of different projects. Good people and found most staff very friendly - I enjoyed my time in the office. Fun staff events and good corporate days out Great flexibility for working from home in certain departments I was very happy with my pay but when talking to others there was large differences between wages for people doing the same jobs
Cons
- Unbalance between opportunities in engineering and tech teams - tech seemed to get a lot more benefits (bonuses, health care plans) and growth opportunities - The company in general seems great at getting new people in/contractors but needs to improve investing in their own staff to keep them in the company
