      - friendly atmosphere - professional and understanding managers - really good start for graduate students - easy and fast learning space - paid language courses - possibility to work abroad starting from first year

      Cons

      - medium-low salary - more and more projects seems to be passed to India - some employees will be asked to leave the company if their project is done, with a very short notice
