It is a concern to us that you don’t feel supported by your management and technical team. We recommend that you speak to a member of People Services if the points you’ve raised persist so we can try and help you. Working long hours each week isn’t something the business expects employees to sustain; there may be one off times when longer hours than normal may be required but this shouldn’t be a regular occurrence. If you do continue to have concerns, please contact us. We have received some positive feedback regarding our senior management team in our recent employee survey so it is disappointing to hear this counteractive advice. We hope that the company can support you appropriately moving forward and we are pleased to hear you are feeling challenged and are developing in your role.
