Decent place to work - Anonymous employee Explain My Benefits Employee Review

I enjoy working at Explain My Benefits - I get to further develop my skills and experience while not feeling like a number such as I have in the larger companies. It's a smaller company that does the work of big business. Training is extensive and they want you to succeed thru it so there is lots of support. The cultural events that keep the main office and the remote employees connected are very enjoyable.

It gets super busy during the 4th quarter, but this is the nature of being in benefits anywhere. That's when people are enrolling. The company does a nice job of encouraging internal team support so there is opportunity to have back up during the busier time.
