Talented team members that get the company by. CTO is a genius and the only reason the company is standing to this day.

CEO is immature and not qualified for his position of leadership. He desperately needs to seek a mentor before he sinks the ship that was built by the CTO (his brother). There is a lack of diversity and known prejudice within the company. Please beware before giving your hard work and dedication to this company. Other than your paycheck there are no benefits to working here. No stock options, toxic culture, leadership lacks basic morals that even the worst companies have and they often leverage the fact that Utah is a right to work state when the CEO gets them in financial troubles (mostly from him jet setting around the world instead of improving his company).

The company has a great tool that, in theory, should be everywhere.

The CEO and President hate each other but take their frustration out on their employees. The CEO is incoherent in his decision making, only cares about status. The President protects the liabilities of the company by lying to his employees, false promises, and will use the employees until he disagrees with them and will fire them.
