Given the relative size and age of this company, it occupies a space somewhere in between a start-up and a large company, allowing its employees to experience the best of both worlds. I have never experienced any of the negative issues or teething problems one associate with working for a small company but have benefitted from the tight corporate structure that ensures that I am not just lost as one face among many. Management is largely receptive to employees' needs and requirements, in my experience. In-depth training is always provided alongside new responsibilities.

No negatives that I feel are worth mentioning.
