-Accepts fresh grads -Good colleagues that helps you when you have problems or in need of assistance -Not that pressured environment, tasks are often chill or bearable at least -WFH setup at most times, but on call for deployments or office meetings
Cons
-No concrete system despite being more than a decade year old company -Your tasks could be all over the place, even sometimes not aligned with your job title -Not touching any technical tools aside from Cisco routers and switches used in trainings (understandable given its a consulting company) -Way below market minimum pay
