1) Since the pay is hourly and you have to work 8 hrs per day, you'll have to work continuously with almost no resting 2) They can remove you from the program even when you just started Ex: New Hire worked for 2 days only and they decided to remove you without probable cause, your contract ends right then and there Ex2: Loyal Employee that worked more than a couple of years and is productive, is not immortalized and can be removed without probable cause

management was fickle-minded and gave unbelievable goals expecting miracles and team supervisors had no choice so agents think it's the whole management that sucks but the truth is, it's not and there's only 1 person responsible for all the palm-in-face decisions. There were no benefits. No work, no pay. No medical HMO. Office equipments for staff and managers need a proposal and a very good reason which is such a headache.
