Pros
Having worked at the company for 5 years I've seen the business evolve into an amazing organisation now offering a full suite of talent and consulting services. Marketplace, Engage and Enterprise solutions. Working in the team you get great flexibility, access to leadership, input in the direction of the product and a meritocratic environment.
Cons
The business is not a start up any more and some elements of the company need streamlining and sharpening in order to get us organisation we ultimately want to be - but that's half the fun and part of the journey.
