I worked at ETS for 7 years, and looking back, the most striking thing is how genuinely friendly and approachable everyone is. One of the standout aspects is their best-in-class employee engagement tools. The systems they use to gather feedback and measure engagement are the most effective I’ve seen—transparent, easy to use, and taken seriously by management. Combined with solid technology and modern tools to do your job efficiently, ETS provides an environment where you feel heard, supported, and empowered.

Honestly, it’s hard to find major negatives when you feel so supported. Like any company, there are occasional growing pains and evolving processes, but the people and the mission make it all worthwhile.

Supportive management, plenty of opportunities to learn and grow, open-minded environment, and generous holiday allowance.

Financial constraints are a recurring challenge; the organisation can be overly cautious with risk-taking.
