Really genuinely care about their customers

Small minded in terms of IT and in terms of business High stress environment (not to be confused with high pressure) Home User support that takes up most of your time (instead of real business support) Very controlling management Old lackluster systems Dodgy licensing for both themselves and their clients (Unacceptable)

It was a really lovely company to work for. The management are friendly and approachable. The office is well suited to the needs of staff with it's own kitchen and staff room - and there are only 5 of us! The management - which is family run - even booked for us to go gliding recently to say thank you for our hard work.

It was busy - be prepared to work! But it made the days go quickly. Clients can be demanding but you are supported by colleagues.
