If you have a lot of availability, you can make good money and have fun doing it.

Cons

Dealing with late clients and/or client issues like screaming children if you don't have thick skin can be tricky.

- Pay per tour is great - Work schedule is very flexible - Responsive Operations Team

Cons

During the slow period, hardly none to any tours. Rain, snow, sleet, hail, we always give tours.

Pros

Well organized. Easy to keep track of scheduling and tasks. Nice online community communication tools.

Cons

This is a good company that used to pay well, but there has been no or few raises of pay over the past 5 or even 10 years, so it is now a company that pays the same or less than its competitors. It also has become much more corporate-like and less personable (I guess the price of success).
