Pros

I love working at Ei! Great team, great clients, a lot of autonomy, flexibility and walking the walk of our values.

Cons

We punch above our size as a company so there are peak times when we are all working quite hard! But there are some valleys to make up for it

Pros

Fantastic team - engaged, curious, passionate, collaborative, caring, human Great work environment - people care about one another, there's a concerted effort to align people's passions and skills with roles and responsibilities; well organized strategy and systems; the opportunity to solve problems and participate in decisions at every level of the organization; opportunities for ongoing learning and development

Cons

If you're looking to work in large corporate environment in a siloed role and have narrow responsibilities, this isn't the right place. Everyone pitches in to get things done. It's also a relatively small team that believes in consistently doing high-quality work, so there are times when we all extend work beyond the 9-5. That said, we also encourage one another to take vacation and time off to rest and recuperate, and actively cover for one another to make that possible.
