- They will train you - Few notable coworkers are amazing human beings and people

- HUGE disconnect between the lab/science department and the HR/management - they WILL underpay you or try to - there is not enough career development/promotions that seem to be obvious here, you sort of plateau - some people at this company have been here for many many years and seem to be out of touch with how the job market is and what professionalism out there/in workplace really looks like. A lack of work experience outside of this job could potentially explain why some people act or respond to situations the way they did when I worked here. - you will not be rewarded for overachieving and being good at your job. In fact you can expect perhaps more responsibilities with almost definitely not extra compensation if you work hard
