As a fresher, I have completed my tasks within the given timeline.
The company uses a virtual system with limited memory, which results in slow performance. Additionally, there is no proper facility for drinking water.
There is no extra pay for working on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and work beyond regular working hours.
The company uses SVN instead of more modern tools like GitHub, and We often need to write the same code across multiple workspaces. which makes the process more complicated. Additionally, we depend on a separate implementation team to deploy code to UAT and production Environment
Cons
Freshers are offered a good package and receive good support from the college.
