Friendly atmosphere. Staff is easy to work with. Decent pay for entry level techs.

Not much room for growth. Somewhat unorginized.

Flexible hours to an extent. Company vehicle. Tool/clothing allowance.

Poor management. They let an inexperienced 25 year old kid run the show. Bad attitude, Lacks direction. No experience in managing employees. They only like you when your working day and night. Lots of travel with little pay. No room for Advancement. Health insurance is horrible. They expect other installers to train you no compensation to the ones that train you. So poor training.
