Pros

-Somehow Expedite has some great people but that ends with upper management. -If you want your self-confidence to be chopped up into nothing, this place is for you! -Expedite relies on a few big clients to pay the bills. As long as the owner gets his implementation charges, he is set. This company will never grow, taken 12 years to barely be noticed in the industry. -I had weekly reviews and brought up my issues and concerns. They were ignored or I was blamed for something not being completed. I was told in these meetings, “marketing is 3 months behind, 4 months behind.” But nothing ever changed in marketing. Upper management takes zero responsibility for their lack of action. -Expedite will just claim I am lying like all the other dismissed sales reps; I wish I was making this up to get even but this is the situation that they have put my family in. Glad to take this to court to make sure my dreadful experience is known by future sales candidates. I am not going to be bullied to remain silent.

-Work for a Tyrant! (I wish I was kidding) – Ask for training you were promised and wait…. wait….wait… -Watch teammates get yelled at and belittled on weekly calls. - If they aren't getting yelled at, they are being told why his way is better - Have every move you make be questioned and made fun of on team calls - Get Threatened to be fired if you talk to a recruiter and asked to swear your allegiance to the company "You are not a free agent" (exact words) - Get blamed for following the owners directions when things don't go right - MICRO MANAGING! - Zero room for opinions or other ideas that are not the owners - Listen to the owner talk about how great he is on every call. (seriously) - When a leader thinks they are a sales guru but are clueless on how to sell. - If the idea didn't come from his favorite book, it’s not a good idea. - I asked about commissions & a marketing plan that I was promised from day 1. Two weeks later, I was fired without cause. - Owner will do everything they can to not pay commissions. Including 100% discounts on the part of the contract that sales get paid on. If they get their implementation charges, the owner is happy. He has no interest in a salesperson succeeding and hitting target. - The 20k training bonus is a lie. I completed every training task and was told I passed and did better than any other salesperson that has worked for the company. "None of our salespeople have ever done this." I was constantly begging for more training; they hadn't developed anything further. A junior sales rep even offered to pay me to train him on the side because of lack of onboard training. I was given $1,600 of the 20k. After 6 months I was told I was no longer eligible for training bonuses. Complete Scam! -After my review on Glass-door went public, only then I was offered a severance package as a bribe to take down my review and posts. The legal terms were so vague and one sided that no one with any legal consult would ever sign. They kept pushing me to sign the document before I could have my legal team review. Then they told me I should sign the document just so they can’t bad mouth me to future employees…Come to find out this is a common practice by Expedite. They waited till I had a planned family trip to a remote cabin in the Adirondacks (they knew this due to PTO request) to demand I sign the document within 24 hours or lose my severance. I had no access to my laptop and had to drive 30 minutes for basic cell service. The document they were pushing me to sign did not have any of the changes requested by my legal team and I didn’t receive the ultimatum until I returned from the trip. **I have been in sales for over 23 years and worked with thousands of people. Leadership at Expedite is by far some of the worst people I have ever worked for! They don’t look at their employees as people and treat them as such. It is sad they hide this behind fake reviews or by employees who are too scared to speak up. If a company changed your life (other review) than why do you leave after 8 months? Sales Experts BEWARE!!! It is unfortunate they have gotten away with this for as long as they have.**

We are sympathetic to how you felt. We want all our employees to feel valued and supported by their management and leadership teams. We have taken steps to ensure more communication within our teams and managers. These include monthly touchpoints with different managers, quarterly performance reviews and improvement plans, and monthly commission reviews. It’s unfortunate that you have posted so many falsehoods including revenue sources, commission payments, and details surrounding your dismissal. We truly feel that voicing your questions, concerns and grievances as they occurred would have been a better approach. Just this month we had multiple promotions and raises, dozens of people recognized and thanked their peers, teammates and managers for their accomplishments during our Friday gratitude meetings, and our leadership team hired and trained top talent. These are the things that drive our team-oriented and high-performance culture. Our team doesn’t view things as you stated. In fact, quite the opposite. People who have ability and drive do incredibly well here and rapidly grow their careers. Not everybody works out here. When that happens, we try to make the best of it for both parties like we did with you. We would be more sympathetic if you didn’t respond with yelling, cursing and physical threats during your termination meeting with HR; if you didn’t reply with vulgarities in subsequent email communications where we tried to look past your actions and still come to a positive outcome; if you did not post blatant mistruths. Despite all this, we still opted to deposit one-month severance in your account. You responded with more of the same. We hope you can channel your energy into more positive things.
