      Amazing people, flexible working hours, flexible working location

      Cons

      Terrible communication from management. Very ambiguous process, rules. Blurred lines between management and employees. Good support on the surface, but very little support when it matters. Extremely stressful environment. Expected to perform tasks and duties outside of job description. No overtime pay, but expected to work overtime.
