- the ability to gain experience in real estate and sales

- Spread extremely thin at all times - a culture of very little accolades or reward unless you work in one of the newer buildings where sales are flowing and life is good. Not the case for 80% of the buildings - Asked to do your job as well as others to "Prove Yourself" in order to grow while the target is always moving and growth is rarely given - dealing with constant client complaints due to the state of the buildings and the operations team being spread equally thin. - Unachievable sales goals
