Middle management is shady. I was recently laid off from them. Several books and conference notes were taken from my personal belongings in my office. The day the mass layoff occurred my immediate supervisor locked himself in the office just as the HR notice was sent out. It has been said before on here most supervisors lack experience. Several young people in the office pretend they know more than they really know.
