Great on site campus and Fitness Center. A solid bonus structure.Corporate environment is generally collaborative and friendly. Consultants are both helpful and a hindrance.
Cons
Trying to replicate Anadarko to a tee. Management is trying to correct 25 years of past sins over-night. Taking cost cutting measures very seriously that has got almost everyone worried.
