Working with customers and prospects day in and day out gives you the chance to appreciate what a great environment the leadership has established here. They listen to customers and employees and focus on delivering a great experience. All departments are in synch - a rarity - from Accounting and HR to Support, Engineering , Marketing and Sales. Quota's are reasonable and attainable, comp plans are great, and even though targets go up like crazy every year, sometimes even mid-year, its because the product is so great, easy to use and does what it promises. Customers love that.

If you are a team player, able to focus and execute on plans, and adapt as necessary, you'll do great here - otherwise, maybe not

I have been working at Exoprise for 2 months now. Jason and Mark are visionary leaders providing in-depth knowledge and experience in the IT cloud monitoring space. This is a startup so if you are a self-starter, have a positive attitude, and are entrepreneurial, this is the place for you. There are challenges in every company but Jason and Mark will guide you at every step of the way. I feel lucky to be part of Exoprise and being able to work on exciting projects. You will see the impact of your work in a short time and collaboratively work with a smart team that's building Office365 and SaaS monitoring solutions. The entire company is a go-getter and has high energy and enthusiasm. This is a company where you can lead and charter a new career path whether be it marketing, product management, or development.
