      Better than not having a job, just barely

      Cons

      Management knee- jerk reaction to every issue keeps everyone off balance. No security what so ever. Within six months CEO,COO, CFO, CIO quit or fire. Absolutely no work life balance, constant demands from upper management that make no sense, constant reorganization. TOXIC

      Pros

      The company made millions of heavy plastic bags each year and loved working with the operators to make sure the products were in good shape!!

      Cons

      Exopack had a practice of letting people go without reasonable causes! The Facility Manager that hired me in February, 2012 was let go in May, 2012. They then brought in a new Facility Manager that was a horrible human - screamed at everyone there and let several people go very quickly.
