Small Company, Big Integrity - Managing Director Exodus Integrity Services Employee Review

First contracting firm I ever knew that had benefits for employees. Small shop, very well run.

I want a full time position.

-Excellent Benefits -Competitive Pay Exodus is by far one of the better contracting firms for IT people looking for work in the North East Ohio area. While at the job site I came to find out that many of my peers at the site (other contractors through two different firms) had less desirable compensation packages. They didn't get paid holidays, but I did. Also the healthcare benefits (at the time) were actually superior to that of the company I had left for Exodus. HR and the recruiter I worked with both were genuine and straight forward. They made everything and as stress free as possible. The business of contract IT work can get very "shady" for the employee, non contract to hire jobs, low pay, poor benefits, 3 month contracts (really, why do these exist?), contracts being terminated at a moments notice. I didn't have to worry about any of this at Exodus.

It's contract work (at least it was for me) and who REALLY wants to do that? Probably an excellent place to work for if you're a permanent employee for the company. Great place, but I left the moment I found a better, permanent job.
