Pros
Benefits, gym, food ticket, language learning, online courses, health insurance and partial coverage on dental and optical needs. My team is great and I get along with everyone really well.
Cons
lack of a career plan, few opportunities to grow. Communication is an issue sometimes and head of support could listen a bit more to agents and bring us to the table when making decisions that affect our KPIs. Also, other roles will look down on you if you are a support agent. It doesnt matter how good you are.
