Pros
This is the most caring company I've ever worked in. So many efforts are being put into genuinely improving the workers lives. Parties, sports, events, education, cars, medical benefits on top of the insurance. And the salary is nice after a few indexations.
Cons
IT strategy is non-existent after firing of CTO, meaning quick wins are currently prioritized over long-term benefits. Some good IT projects are being closed after years of development.
