Its chaos. Everyone tries to climb the ladder with every means possible and senior management dont care as long as they get results. There are a lot of employees who actually do nothing and get paid a lot and other who work their butts off and get peanuts. It all depends on your manager who most of the times are too young and lack the maturity of a real manager.
