Close collaboration between teams and you are always encouraged to voice your ideas and thoughts -- Management will always listen. Supportive team culture. Plus, the people are fun to be around. Everyone owns their role and are always willing to jumping in and help, which is needed with smaller companies.
Cons
Since we work with ecommerce clients, occasionally things can come up at a moment's notice but that's to be expected in an agency-like company
