      Great culture in all offices, valuable support and training from successful people, you are listened to at all levels, working with successful people, fun incentives, good commission schemes, clear promotion targets, 50% increase in NFI between 2017 and 2018!, opening new international offices with existing staff, all the support you get, not KPI obsessed

      Nothing, this is a great place to work

      Pros

      Great people, not KPI driven like other rec businesses I have worked in. The management are knowledgeable and happy to share their experiences. They have some very strong relationships in their clients which provide opportunities for less experienced recruiters to leverage.

      It would be better if there was more of us,
