Pros
Exigent offers great flexibility and work life balance. If one is ambitious, there are plenty of opportunities to get involved in other parts of the business and work on various client accounts. One works autonomously as well as in teams. Good place to work to gain some exposure and experience and have as a stepping stone on one’s career path. Company is growing and offers some job security. Recently more effort to improve company culture.
Cons
Not at the forefront of innovation and legal tech. Management is often absent and has little idea of the work one actually does - mostly left to one’s own devices. Pay is not great. One has to work exceptionally hard to be recognised and receive any bonus/benefit.
