Pros

-Good career opportunity for freshers to grow and gain perspective on processes -Good deal of brainstorming and deliberation on design ideas. -Did fairly good for the resources we had. Worked in limited resources but in a good way. We were able to maximize the allocated resources. (Mgmt has changed since the time I have left, don't know if this still holds true)

Cons

-Competing in an extremely price sensitive market -Less YoY increment for the niche segment -Huge gap between design and production in terms of expectations. Production was not on part to build automotive battery packs. Clearly restricted by the old school thinking and traditional mindset.

Pros

1. Previously they have flexible hours 2. Learning Opportunities

Cons

A Tale of Two Experiences: Recruitment vs. Resignation Despite a generous initial welcome—including compensation for previous notice periods—this company's internal environment is challenging, plagued by micromanagement, favouritism, and an HR department that is purely nominal. The true nature of the company emerges when an employee attempts to leave. The manager and the CTO weaponize the notice period policy to make the process "hellish." They hold exclusive authority to approve a reduced notice period payment, a concession that is almost universally denied unless the employee's new company is a client. This system is reportedly used to severely penalize employees for choosing to resign.
