      Pros

      Great benefits and work life balance. Fantastic team to be around whereby coming to work each day is enjoyable. You can make what you want of this opportunity. I have seen some really make the most of it. There is no cap to earnings.

      Cons

      Sales can be repetitive which makes it hard to keep motivated at times.
