      The people working there certainly.

      Cons

      Micromanagement in some teams. Lack of trust and gratitude. Cliques. Low pay compared to market pay. Ableism and racism until a few years back. Often you would be rewarded or promoted if you were mates with managers not for the amount and quality of work you do.

      Professional workplace. Kind and fair management. No long hours. Treated like an adult. Cooperative employees. A quality place to work.

      Stagnant pay. Tech is not cutting edge (although it doesn't need to be)
