Nothing as much. I am working for almost an year and I don't find anything as a con. Management is very supportive to all the employees

I really do not know who designed the website, Hats off to their imagination . But the "Truth" is the product does not function like as you see in the Website ...... Website is a main attraction for any customer to sign up a deal with this product . And company owner has been successful in Attracting the customer but failed in retaining them.

This product does not function as per customer wish or as developed by the company wish itself . But the company executes a fake marketing strategy, which assures customer about customized feature and gets a deal. During a implementation ,there is frequent change /Switch of Implementation Engineers, If the customer is beating around the bush for customization features in the stipulated deadline. This is trick played by the company to divert the Customer attention from customization. The product is full of bugs , if one set of bug is fixed and deployed, the other set of bugs gets emerges. This is not a good company for Fresher and for any one who is looking for career break.
