After the acquisition of BG&E, the sales staff was treated poorly. Most of the sales people in Chicago were forced to leave, as well as many sales people in the Kennett Square office. Employees were not treated with respect. Exelon Energy has a mafia mentality, if you're part of it, you're moving up; if you're not, developmental opportunities are very limited.
