They taught me everything I needed for the job and then some. They use mentors to make sure you're learning and growing in the field. Additionally, they set me up with a paid-for SCRUM certification course.
Cons
Occasionally it can be busy and you won't always have quick access to your mentor. But this was few and far between, it also gives you time to practice figuring things out on your own.
