Pros
The people who work throughout Europe are friendly, fair and want to work in the best interests of their customers and colleagues.
Cons
BPO sites are overcrowded and dangerous often coming very close to breaching minimum statutory standards for health and safety. US management are focussed solely on making a fast buck and will lie, cheat and intentionally fail customers as well as their staff. Bills regularly go unpaid for months on end until legal action is taken against them, bonuses for staff are almost never paid and certainly not in full. Pension payments are illegally withheld, staff are directly instructed by senior managers to commit fraud. Overall avoid like the plague.
