      ERS does have fantastic clients

      Cons

      Working as a Security Operations manager for ERS for 3 years I looked a lot of staff in the eye including family + friends and promised them that ERS would treat them with the respect they deserve . Looking at the huge staff turnover I must apologise to all as i was clearly wrong. Staff having bullying complaints still going unanswered by ERS management and HR 7 months later , having to wait many weeks to be paid their leave entitlements and only after mentioning Fairwork it gets paid . So many stories of poor treatment of great staff is just sad to hear .

      Pros

      Really good company with a variety of skilled people in management, intelligence, emergency service, law enforcement and military experience all coming together to create a cohesive company. A wide range of paths to fall into if your are willing to learn, study and train.

      Cons

      Certain clients contracted to the company will have their own rules which you will also have to adhere to. This creates conflict and can be an issue when there are expectations from the client which shouldnt/can't be met due to contract restrictions. Communication can be poor between contractors and clients due to lack of understanding in contractors and clients role.
