Pros
- Great coworkers, some good nights out - You could make a genuine change in the company if you pushed hard enough (I was also lucky with my position) - Fun office environment - Gained good exeperience
Cons
- You will NOT get a raise no matter how hard you work, how many times you ask, how much proof you show that it's below market average salary - Management, although great people, are mainly friends of the owners and so are still learning how to be management - A lot of nepotism in the company - Pretty male dominated company - When I told HR I was leaving, their first comment was "I knew it! I told my partner you weren't in it anymore" instead of asking why (this was after working the equivalent of 3-4 people's roles whilst being underpaid and working on site at events for 2 years)
