Pros
If you like to drive and take your driving very seriously (ie. safe, obey all traffic laws) and want to be home each night, you won't find a better company to drive for. The staff truly operate as a team and treat each other with respect and kindness. Management and executive staff actually listen to everyone. They are flexible and very willing to work with you.
Cons
The pay is very limited with little opportunities for increase unless you pursue getting licensed to drive every vehicle in he fleet (Class B CDL with Passenger endorsement. Tips are your lifesaver, and if you want to do this full-time, you better be willing to drive the bigger vehicles and do full airport runs as you'll have more people on board at a time meaning greater potential for tip money.
