Co-workers are great to work with and some managers try to help you through some of the rough changes.
Cons
Changes to positions with no warnings. Ask us what we want to see and then disregard our requests. Force non-sales people to make sales for part of your pay. Manage makes rash decisions when outages or issues happen and then blame the lower end staff for service levels and wait times.
