      Pros

      Company's culture and system of values. I love the "blue-sky" thinking. People are open-minded, people-oriented and flexible. They want intelligence, creativity and new, fresh ideas.

      Cons

      Since the problems usually are not structured and a person has a lot of freedom to propose ideas and solutions, if a problem is not so familiar, it can get though. And sometimes the 'informal-contacts' and preferences become more important than actual skills of a person, but that doesn't count for the overall company.

      Pros

      Stable and friendly working environment. Nice office. Flexible work time. Open to start up ideas and willing to support you if you want to create business. This is maybe the biggest advantage of this company.

      Cons

      Since it is outsourcing company, salary is quite low. Also clients usually make most of technical decisions, thus an employee does not have much autonomy in work (from what I saw). The project I worked on was uninteresting from the technical perspective.
