Pros

What I love most about working at Execo is the culture—it’s fast-moving but supportive, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie across time zones and teams. Even though we’re spread out globally, there’s strong alignment, clear communication, and a real sense that we’re working with each other, not just alongside each other. As a Sales Manager, I get to collaborate daily with incredibly talented people—from SDRs and RevOps to product and client success—and everyone shows up with a problem-solving mindset. There's no ego, just a shared drive to deliver, improve, and win together. The team takes culture seriously—there’s space for humor, feedback, team rituals, and quick check-ins that make remote work feel less... remote. It’s rare to find a company this globally connected and this human.

Cons

Pace can be intense (but rewarding) Global time zones mean flexibility is key

Pros

The company has a global team with a rich mix of cultures, offering a great opportunity to learn from diverse perspectives and to travel. Their client base is diverse and interesting, and they offer great exposure to how AI can be used for your business. Leadership brings deep experience, is approachable for mentorship, and is often hands-on with clients. You're trusted with ownership and decision-making. There's a strong culture of learning—mistakes are okay as long as you act quickly iterate and improve. Ultimately, it’s the kind of place where you get out what you put in.

Cons

The company is still building some of it's processes, so there can be some uncertainty around career pathways and compensation. Those in leadership roles need to be comfortable with ambiguity and helping shape the organization. At times, communication around shifts in direction can be delayed or lack clarity.

Pros

Collaborative and supportive culture. Strong commitment to Kaizen and continuous improvement. Exposure to global teams and customers. Modern, cutting-edge technology. Healthy work life balance is respected.

Cons

Many processes are still evolving. Career paths and progression are not always clearly defined. Compensation is not competitive with market benchmarks due to the inherent nature of "outsourcing" SDRs.
