Pros

I thought working from home for an online company would be a challenge but I embraced the opportunity I was told I had and even though there were huge red flags I persevered hoping it would get better...it just got worse. First of all I was hired to answer phones for various clients of Execusist which I was praised for doing a good job. Then after approx. a few months I think I counted roughly 10 employees who were hired and then fired for...I have no clue as each employee (all 3 of us!) were steered away from each other. However, the worst part was being paid late every time, checks bounced in my account so my bank put a stop on checks from my employer!!! Seriously im not making it up I got into terrible financial strife from not being paid for weeks. Steer clear no matter how desperate you are...I promise there is something better than this couple 'juggling' employees with total disregard for their lives.

Cons

This company is not reputable and should be avoided.

Pros

When I found Exec-u-sist and I surfed through the site, I said to myself “this is it, I want this job”. After interviewing with Tiffany Nielsen, the CEO, who was very warm and welcoming, I knew that Exec-u-sist would be my new home. The day that I was hired, I wasted no time in terminating my previous employer because I just knew that Exec-u-sist was where I would truly start my career. The culture of the company is founded on great ethics and the belief of people over profit. I think it is truly a blessing to find a company that actually express their beliefs on a daily basis. There is not a day that goes by that each employee cannot have a personal conversation with the CEO or COO. There is never a time that they are not transparent with us about what is occurring within the company. This is the first job that I do not say “I work for xyz”, I always say “I work with Exec-u-sist” because I do not feel like I am just another employee but I am a part of what helps the company to function. After several weeks of working with Exec-u-sist I was offered a Team Lead position then Quality Assurance now Quality Assurance Lead. It is an amazing feeling to know that I work with an awesome company that recognized my strengths and skills from the beginning. I am truly blessed to be a part of such an amazing work family.

Cons

Working at home is not for everyone. It takes a lot of self discipline and computer knowledge to work for an all virtual company.
