Pros

I have worked with this company for many years. There are so many pros! Being a nurse and getting to work from home is amazing. I can be a full-time nurse and still have a life without being totally sleep deprived. They have great quality control. I can tell because every time I have to call a doctor, they tell me how much they love us and our services. And yet, the company doesn't spy on their staff with the 'eyeball on the computer'. I really like that the shifts are not too long and there is some flexibility in scheduling. Everyone has always been so helpful and supportive. I guess that is what you get with a woman-owned company. Everyone here seems to be really proud of what they do, and so am I.

Cons

I can't really think of any.... You have to have your own secure internet, cell phone, and computer. But then again, we are independent contractors, so that makes sense.

Pros

I've been working with Exclusively RNs almost three years, and it is easily the best career decision I have ever made. The bosses really do care and want you to thrive in your role. Management does a great job of providing company culture in a fully remote environment. The work is engaging and always provides an opportunity to learn something new.

Cons

It is not a "con," but your pay is directly based on how hard you work, so if you are not reliable and self-driven, this may not be the company for you.

Pros

Taking a job with this company was the best decision I ever made as a professional nurse. If you want an opportunity to impact patient's lives while having the flexibility of working from home with family (and everybody) friendly hours then this is the company to seek out! No matter the reason that you are considering a WFH position - personal limitations, flexibility to travel responsibly, etc. - this is the perfect opportunity to provide an impact to patients where they need it the most - when they have questions and their providers clinics are closed or their staff are tied up running the office.

Cons

Honestly - there aren’t any true “cons”. Of course, you must be a good steward of time management and uphold your responsibilities, but what job doesn’t require those things. The schedule is set with no surprises and there is flexibility to swap amongst staff as long as there is adequate skill mix and coverage provided.
