You'll learn the ropes in the insurance industry You're going to build muscle on getting good on the phones Great for unexperienced fresh grads or people looking for a place to gain experience

Cons

Management sucks big time The boss doesn't care about his employees, at all Managers are toxic Severely underpaid employees Office is so outdated computers are still running on windows 7 and are constantly breaking down

Pros

The company's location is situated just a few blocks away from our village. Great company culture. Staffs are nice and very accommodating. Fun working environment unlike other BPOs. There are many perks and I was also able to get a huge amount of incentives for performing well. I had a good time working in a toxic free and friendly work environment.

Cons

I cannot say more but they are doing a good work on employee management.
