Pros
Most of my coworkers were amazing people.
Cons
Upper management stems from a bullying, micromanaging mentality. They pride themselves on being "open" to feedback however the culture and moral of the employees there is a "Don't speak up or voice your opinion because you'll be let go" or the answer is, "Well it's always been this way". There is an ungodly amount of high employee turnover, no real training in place and it's left up to the staff to train new hires, then management blames you for not meeting their expectations of sales goals when they don't even train you or have adequate training, coaching, or tools in place to nurture an environment conducive of successful people. They also will find any means necessary to avoid any negative feedback even when the feedback is designed to help them change the culture and inefficiency in the company to produce a better working environment. Place is constantly understaffed and overworked and overwhelmed but upper management chooses to bury their heads in the sand, look the other way, or find a way to out the people who speak up about it.
